Still here, nothing much to say. It's summer and the attendant depression makes me feel most everything is pointless.

I'm glad you're still here. Summer can be so hard. How are the gardens?

The back yard is an overgrown jungle, cause I look at it and think "I should do that" and then don't. The island is easier cause there's much less of it and it doesn't require as much effort, so I putter away at that every once in a while. Knowing that other people might be enjoying it feels like motivation :)

We've had rain the last three days - very unusual for this time of year - so now I really will have to do something with the backyard.

I've been hiring my nephew to come do a few hours of yard work every couple of weeks. And my sister has mowed lawn a couple times for me. We've had so much rain, the back lawn is dense and tall again. Last year, it didn't even grow enough to mow more than 3 times.
