Wow amazing ... the shoots on the Delphiniums and Erythronium have broken the soil, the raspberry and tree peony buds are breaking, the daffs are budding, the Iris reticulata are almost spent(!) and the snowdrops are in full flower, even the ones I put in as bulbs last year. Oddly, the Helleborus have not bloomed yet - buds, but no open flowers. The bittercress is sending up flowering spikes already.

[edit] it's gloriously sunny and relatively warm so I've thrown a bunch of seeds at the ground to see what might germinate - Papaver nudicaule 'Champagne Bubbles', Anemone nemorosa, Linum perenne 'Blue Sapphire', random Galanthus seeds, and random Pacific Coast Irises (these last two from Chiltern Seeds). It's probably too late for the last two to vernalise so who knows I may get them NEXT spring.

Ours is in May. But we have no snow on the ground and it's 40F and sunny today and I can see buds on the maple tree.
