Oh joy!

I have a dodgy left knee myself dating from when white van man had that motorcycle accident for me.

I always know when the weather is on the turn..........

I am sorry and confused. I thought one the aspects of rheumatoid arthritis was that the joints affected are bilateral.

Oh! Do you mean you just got diagnosed with RA? Or that you already were diagnosed with it and it just now settled in your knee? Either way, my commiserations.

I have seropositive RA. I have a non-typical presentation: it's not symmetrical and it's causing minimal joint pain. I have a lot of RA inflammation, though, which has caused many other symptoms.

I also have erosive osteoarthritis in my hand which hurts a lot. There's nothing that can be done for that though. No meds, etc. Ugh.

Very sorry to hear this. But getting old is a cascade of bodily insults, I suppose. We have to learn to keep afloat. You have already demonstrated much skill in that area!

I have been diagnosed with cataracts and will have surgery later this year. Much better than the alternative!

Big hugs
